Biochemical analyzer is one of the instruments commonly used in clinical diagnosis, it is through the analysis of blood or other body fluids to determine the transaminase, hemoglobin, but fuchun, creatinine, enzymes, glucose and other biochemical indicators. Its working principle is according to the Lambert-Beer law, through the precision optical interference filter (or grating) to obtain a beam of monochromatic light, when the monochromatic light is injected into the liquid to be detected, the optical signal through the liquid to be measured is received by the photoelectric detector and converted into electrical signals, the signal is properly converted and budget processing, with reference to the standard curve, so as to obtain the concentration of the liquid to be measured. Typical wavelengths thereof include: 340nm,380nm,405nm,414nm,450nm,480nm,492nm,505nm,510nm,520nm,535nm,546nm,550nm,578nm,589nm,600nm,610nm,620nm,630nm,650nm,670nm,700nm,750nm,766nm,800nm, etc.
The microplate reader is an important immune measurement device, which uses colorimetric method to analyze the content of antigen or antibody. Class I and Class II microplate reader uses a single-band precision interference filter, and Class III microplate reader uses a precision wavelength gradient interference filter (or grating) to obtain monochromatic light. The monochromatic light passes through the specimen to be measured in the microplate and is absorbed by the specimen to reach the photoelectric detector. After the photoelectric detector converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, the test result is obtained through data processing. Typical wavelengths thereof include: 405nm,450nm,492nm,540nm,570nm,620nm,630nm, etc.
