Spectral and thin film design capabilities:
Multilayer spectral design and manufacturing technology is one of the company's core technologies. A professional membrane design software with independent intellectual property rights was developed for the design and simulation of special structure multilayer membranes. The design and manufacture of various optical films such as bandpass, long (short) pass, high reflection, antireflection, spectroscope, dichroic mirror, negative filter, neutral density plate, polarizer, etc. in the spectral range of 200nm-2500nm.

Precision coating technology:
high quality is a prominent feature of Huibo optical products. A unique precision film thickness control technology was developed to obtain excellent spectral performance. Through more than 40 years of experience in developing precision optical film thickness control technology, Huibo Optics has combined various plating methods (including thermal evaporation, electron gun evaporation, ion-assisted, plasma-assisted, sputtering and other processes) and various high-end precision optical coating equipment (such as Laibao, Guangchi and self-designed and produced coating equipment) to create the company's precise and unique precision film plating and film thickness control technology. According to the actual use environment and parameter requirements of each customer, through the optimization and selection of coating materials and membrane design, the filters and mirrors produced have good environmental adaptability and can even be used for life. Precision surface type control technology:
Good surface quality and high-precision surface shape is another major feature of Huibo optical products, especially for aspheric mirrors and mirrors used in lighting and laser systems. Huibo Optics uses Tracepro software to design and simulate precision surface types, and at the same time manufactures and controls surface type accuracy through self-developed aspheric processing technology, which can realize the design and manufacture of various types of aspheric products with different diameters of 50mm-400mm, such as elliptical reflector, parabolic reflector, cone-axis ellipsoidal reflector, spherical reflector, prismatic reflector, etc. (surface type tolerance <0.05mm).

Inspection and testing techniques:

Equipped with a complete test system, with Varian Cary6000i, Varian Cary7000, Varian Cary300, PE Lambda 900, Focus-point, including a number of precision spectral test equipment and surface test equipment. In order to ensure the stability of the product, it is also equipped with multiple environmental testing equipment, which can realize the testing of various environmental tests such as high and low temperature, humidity and heat.
