High transmission sharp cut-off HS series filter
HB Optical has independently developed new technology of ultra-multilayer optical thin film plasma reactive sputtering coating, and developed advanced level high transmission sharp cut-off HS series filters, which are mainly suitable for biomedical fluorescence detection and analysis application systems with high resolution requirements, such as flow Cytometer, PCR analyzer, fluorescence microscope, etc., especially for fluorescence systems, fluorescence imaging systems, high-resolution fluorescence systems that use laser light sources.     Five series of representatives were launched: 1. Typical fluorescence filter set
Typical fluorescence filter sets are mainly used in fluorescence microscopes and are divided into 6 bands and 12 groups of fluorescence filters.   Fluorescent filter produced by HB Optical is manufactured by IAD process, with good spectral performance and long service life. Apply these filters to obtain high-contrast, clear, and realistic high-quality images. Product features: high transmittance (T>90%), deep cut-off background (>OD6), high signal-to-noise ratio, high accuracy (wavefront distortion <0.25λ). A newer filter product, high-contrast rectangular bandpass filter and sharp cut-off broadband filter, the background cut-off depth is increased to 10-6, the background is darker, the contrast is better, and the image is brighter and clearer .      
PCR fluorescence detection filter
HB Optical can provide high-performance fluorescent filters for PCR detection, suitable for various fluorescent PCR detectors. Plasma-assisted deposition process (PIAD) and ion-beam-assisted deposition process (IAD) are used to manufacture these filters to ensure that the filters have a long service life and stable spectral performance. HB Optical uses independent design and manufacturing, cooperative design and production and OEM methods to provide high-performance fluorescent optical filters for domestic and foreign customers. The fluorescent filter produced by HB Optical is manufactured by IAD process, which has good spectral performance and long service life. Energy matching biochemical filter
The energy matching biochemical filter is a specially designed filter. The cut-off background is above OD6, which can make the system get a good signal-to-noise ratio. All filters are encapsulated in a black anodized aluminum casing with a logo printed on it, and the arrow marks represent the direction of light transmission inside the filter.
Standard biochemical filter
Biochemical filters are specifically used in biochemical analyzers and microplate readers. They are the core components in optical systems. Their optical performance determines the accuracy and sensitivity of equipment inspection. After the development of six generations of products, the filters produced by HB Optical have been developed into 5 size series, more than 50 wavelengths, and more than 200 models and specifications. The unique deep cut-off, rectangular waveform, and ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio design ensure that the product obtains better absorbance test accuracy, linearity, and consistency of test results. The product performance reaches the advanced level, and the larger absorbance test can reach more than 4ABS. According to the optical system design of different instruments, Huiboguang studentized optical filters are divided into standard biochemical filters, energy-matched biochemical filters, and multi-channel spectroscopic biochemical filters. We use the plasma assisted deposition process (PIAD) and ion beam assisted deposition process (IAD) to manufacture these filters, to ensure that the filters have stable spectral performance and long service life. A variety of structural designs, multiple matching types, and a cut-off background above OD6 enable the system to obtain a good signal-to-noise ratio. Gel imaging filter

Multi-channel spectroscopic biochemical filter

Adjustable optical attenuator

Fixed optical attenuator
The fixed density sheet is used as the light attenuation element, and the density sheet is directly encapsulated in the attenuator to obtain a fixed attenuation amount. The attenuator using the density plate as the light-reducing element is suitable for multiple wavelengths, and the attenuation deviation is small, and the accurate attenuation can be obtained through calibration.
