UV exposure, lithography
HB Optical provides precision optical film products used in IC semiconductor lithography machines, FPD liquid crystal panel exposure equipment, and PCB circuit board exposure machine systems. Including a variety of high-power deep ellipsoid beamsplitters, 45° plane mirrors, dielectric film mirrors, aluminum-enhanced mirrors, fly-eye lenses, 365nm bandpass filters, optical alignment mirrors, shaped mirrors, etc. The precision optical thin film device adopts precision molding and numerical control processing to plate multiple layers of hard oxide film, which has the characteristics of good spot uniformity, high reflection efficiency and long life. The main applications include IC semiconductor, PCB, LED, MEMS, TFT, LCD, UV curing, UV point light source and other industrial directions.
Infrared products mainly manufacture various antireflection and reflection mirrors, with a wavelength range of 1.5 to 14um, and support special product customization.
Sun simulation filter
In the solar environment simulation system, the filter can modify the light source spectrum to achieve a distribution close to the sunlight irradiation intensity. It is used in various test equipment, detection equipment, photovoltaic testing, and simulation of solar irradiation environment equipment. HB Optical provides hard film solar simulation filters for xenon lamps and metal halide lamps. The spectral output is stable without drift. Stage lighting

Digital cinema and projection

Locomotive lamp lighting
The parabolic mirror products produced by HB Optical are widely used in railway passenger transportation, freight locomotives, and high-speed rail lighting systems including high-speed rail. The mirror surface is processed by precision numerical control molding and polishing, and hard optical film is plated. The product has good optical performance of uniformity of light spot.
Medical lighting
HB Optical's medical cold light source products include cold reflectors for surgical lamps, color temperature filters for surgical lamps, and cold light reflectors. Mainly used in operating room shadowless lamp, minimally invasive surgery equipment, endoscope products. The reflector is processed by precision numerical control molding and polishing, and the inner surface is coated with a reflective reflective optical film, the light spot is well focused, the light source utilization efficiency is high, and the emitted light has little heat radiation. The special color temperature filter for surgical lamp is used for high-quality surgical lighting equipment. The light source with low color temperature is adjusted to high color temperature, and the color rendering index is good.
Ellipsoidal mirror
An ellipsoidal mirror is a gyro formed after a part of an ellipse line rotates around the central axis. The light source is placed at the first focal point F1 of the ellipsoidal reflector, and after the light is reflected by the reflector, it converges at the second focal point F2 of the ellipsoidal reflector. The main function of the ellipsoidal reflector is to improve the efficiency of light source utilization. The ellipsoidal mirror substrate is made of borosilicate glass, and the surface can be coated with cooling light film, ultraviolet reflective film, protective aluminum and other thin films. HB Optical provides ellipsoidal mirrors with various focal lengths ranging from 50 to 600mm.
Cone mirror

Parabolic reflector
