Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detector

The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument is an instrument that adds fluorescent dyes or fluorescent probes to the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and uses fluorescent signals to accumulate real-time detection of the entire PCR reaction process. It is widely used in molecular diagnosis, molecular biology research, animal and plant quarantine and food safety testing. The principle is that the light emitted by the light source such as laser or LED passes through the specially designed excitation interference filter, passes through the reaction cup and excites the fluorescent group therein, and the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent group is received by the photodetector after passing through the matched designed emission interference filter. Each reaction cycle to collect data, through the real-time amplification curve, accurately determine the CT value, so as to establish the standard curve based on the use of CT value to determine the initial copy number of DNA, to achieve the true sense of DNA quantification. PCR cleverly combines accounting amplification with hybridization, spectral analysis and real-time detection technology, and uses fluorescent signals to detect PCR products.
