Precision optical reflector
The cone axis mirror is a deformation of a standard ellipsoidal mirror. It is formed by deflecting the axis of the ellipse by an angle with the first focal point F1 as the fulcrum, and rotating the half of the ellipse after the axis is deflected, and then making one rotation around the original axis. If the point light source is placed at the first focal point F1 of the reflector, a circular line is formed at the second focal point F2. In practical applications, a spot with a more uniform illumination than the standard ellipsoidal mirror is formed at the second focal point F2. The cone-axis mirror adopts borosilicate glass substrate, the reflective surface is ground and polished, and the cooling light film or the metal aluminum reflective film is coated, which has good spot uniformity and spectral performance.
It is suitable for xenon lamps, mercury lamps, halogen lamps, tungsten halogen lamps and other light sources, mainly used in stage lamps, cold light sources, curing machines, searchlights, movie projectors and other systems.
