Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR detector

　　The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument is a kind of instrument that adds fluorescent dye or fluorescent probe into the PCR and uses the fluorescence signal accumulation to detect the whole PCR reaction process in real time. It is widely used in molecular diagnosis, molecular biology research, animal and plant quarantine and food safety detection. The principle is that the light emitted by laser or LED light source passes through a specially designed excitation interference filter, passes through a cuvette and excites the fluorescent group in it, and the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent group is received by the photodetector after passing through the matched emission interference filter. Each reaction cycle collects data once, through real-time amplification curve, accurately determines CT value, so as to use CT value to determine DNA initial copy number according to the established standard curve, so as to achieve real DNA quantification. PCR cleverly combines accounting amplification with hybridization, spectral analysis and real-time detection technology, and uses fluorescence signals to detect PCR products.
