Biochemical analyzer is one of the commonly used instruments for clinical diagnosis. It measures the biochemical indexes of transaminase, hemoglobin, Fuchun, creatinine, enzyme, glucose, etc. by analyzing the blood or other body fluids. Its working principle is to obtain a beam of monochromatic light through a precise optical interference filter (or grating) according to Lambert Beer's law. When the monochromatic light is injected into the detected liquid, it is received by the photoelectric detector through the optical signal of the measured liquid and converted into an electrical signal. The signal is properly converted and budget processed, and the concentration of the measured liquid can be obtained by referring to the standard curve. Typical wavelengths include 340nm, 380nm, 405nm, 414nm, 450nm, 480nm, 492nm, 505nm, 510nm, 520nm, 535nm, 546nm, 550nm, 578nm, 589nm, 600nm, 610nm, 620nm, 630nm, 650nm, 670nm, 700nm, 750nm, 766nm, 800nm, etc.
Enzyme labeling instrument is an important immunoassay equipment. Colorimetry is used to analyze the content of antigen or antibody. Class I and class II enzyme labellers use single band precision interference filters, and class III enzyme labellers use precision wavelength gradient interference filters (or gratings) to obtain monochromatic light. The monochromatic light passes through the sample to be measured in the microplate, and is absorbed by the sample, and then reaches the photoelectric detector. After the photoelectric detector transforms the optical signal into electrical signal, the test results are obtained after data processing. Its typical wavelengths include: 405nm, 450nm, 492nm, 540nm, 570nm, 620nm, 630nm, etc.
