HuiBo Optics has been engaged in the optical coating industry for over fifty years. Spectral and film design capabilities:
Multilayer film spectral design and manufacturing technology is one of the core technologies of the company. It has developed specialized film design software with independent intellectual property rights for the design and simulation of special structure multilayer films. It can design and manufacture various optical films such as bandpass, long (short) pass, high reflection, anti-reflection, beam splitter, dichroic mirror, negative filter, neutral density filter, and polarizer within the spectral range of 200nm-2500nm.
Precision coating technology:
High quality is a prominent feature of HuiBo Optics products. It has developed unique precision film thickness control technology, achieving excellent spectral performance. HuiBo Optics combines over forty years of experience in developing precision optical film thickness control technology with various coating methods (including thermal evaporation, electron beam evaporation, ion-assisted, plasma-assisted, sputtering, and other processes) and various high-end precision optical coating equipment (such as Leybold, LightPath, and self-designed and produced coating equipment), creating the company's precise and unique precision film coating and thickness control technology. Over the decades, it has designed and developed a large number of reliable coating procedures and high-precision film thickness control methods, enabling HuiBo Optics to design and manufacture high-quality, highly reliable film products, capable of producing more than 200 layers of film products to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Good environmental adaptability:
Good environmental adaptability is another typical characteristic of HuiBo Optics products. Based on each customer's actual usage environment and parameter requirements, through the optimization and selection of coating materials and film design, the produced filters and mirrors have good environmental adaptability, even achieving lifetime use. HuiBo Optics products meet various standards such as MIL-810F, ISO 9211, GB/T 26331-2010.
Precision surface shape control technology:
Good surface quality and high precision surface shape are another major feature of HuiBo Optics products, especially for aspheric mirrors and mirrors used in lighting and laser systems. HuiBo Optics uses Tracepro software to design and simulate precision surface shapes, while also using independently developed aspheric processing technology to manufacture and control surface shape accuracy, capable of designing and manufacturing various types of aspheric products with diameters ranging from 50mm to 400mm, such as elliptical mirrors, parabolic mirrors, conical elliptical mirrors, spherical mirrors, and prism mirrors (surface shape tolerance < 0.05mm).

Inspection testing technology:
Every product produced by HuiBo Optics undergoes precise and strict factory inspection. Equipped with a complete testing system, it has multiple precision spectral testing devices including Varian Cary6000i, Varian Cary7000, Varian Cary300, PE Lambda 900, and Focus-point, as well as surface shape testing equipment. To ensure product stability, multiple environmental testing devices are also equipped to conduct various environmental tests such as high and low temperature, and humidity.
Mass production technology:
High precision, consistency, and stability are important characteristics of HuiBo Optics filters and mirrors. Through various management techniques and methods, the development and control of mass production processes have been achieved, such as through unified management of product design, integration of key equipment, optimization of production design, construction of ultra-clean production lines, establishment of ISO9001 quality management system, and application technology development.
